Internationally recognised programmes such as Junior Duke (Primary School) and the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award (Secondary School) foster personal growth and future success through a framework of self-driven challenges. Participants choose activities in areas such as: volunteering, physical skill development, development of a new skill, and an adventurous expedition. Through these activities, young people build self-confidence, resilience, and valuable life skills like teamwork, problem-solving, and communication.
